The inspiration for the name Sombra was taken from the word “Sombar” which is a term for a shade tree in the Bajawa, Ngada, East Nusa Tenggara that plays a crucial role in coffee development. The choice of the name Sombra is our own benchmark in our dedication to preserve the quality of products that we offer. We are also dedicated in making Sombra a platform in educating, promoting, and priding coffee of East Nusa Tenggara.
