NING NINIEK is a brand of various ready-to-eat fish sauces and fish floss wrapped in local wisdom values ​​of traditional Indonesian recipes with international competitiveness. NING NINIEK was first established and marketed as a business entity called UD. Persada Mandiri Utama in 2017. The idea of ​​spicy fish floss first emerged in 2000 from the personal experience of Mrs. Sri Wahyuni ​​as a business founder who did not like fish since childhood. With the hope that the same thing would not happen to her child, Mrs. Sri Wahyuni ​​created a recipe for fish floss sauce which turned out to be well received by the market and has been able to compete until now amidst the booming processed food industry.
